ECM was established in February 1999 as an independent asset management company to maximise the opportunity provided by the rapid growth in the European credit market following the advent of the euro.

The first ECM managed diversified credit fund was launched in November 1999 with initial client assets under management of US$187m.

Since that time our investment team and product range have expanded significantly.
