Client Services
ECM places particular importance on client service. In addition to the regional client representatives, investors have access to a London-based Client Services team, whose responsibilities include:
- applications and redemptions
- structuring of investments
- income distribution
- distribution of client reports online
- responding to all investor queries
In addition to routine reporting, we make every effort to accommodate ad hoc reporting requirements, providing a transparent environment for our investors (subject to receipt of an appropriate confidentiality undertaking).
Our online reporting capability ("Client Data Access") offers our investors instant access to the latest reports, as well as the ability to access archived reports, from a central point.
